Two People come out of a building and into a story

Two people come out of a building and into a story
I am always amazed at just how connected we as human beings are to one another. There are times when we think that we can live in total isolation, we focus on our personal goals, careers, studies and hobbies, until something happens....we fall lill or fall deeply in love!

If you or anyone close to you have ever been seriously ill, you will know that this is a time when you long for a tight hug from someone who loves you, an encouraging word, a few minutes of someones time out of their busy schedule or a hot home made meal at your moms kitchen table.

The only other time when you know you cannot live in isolation is when you fall deeply and uterly inlove! youbecome emotionally dependant on this person in ways that embarras you! you call 7 times a day (at least) and your happiness and good mood depend soley on this persons level of their expessed love for you .

This dear friends is exactly what happened to Mike and Lucy. Mike is a big shot exec and is climingthe corporate ladder, he is 32, single, lots of disposable cash, a beach front loft and 2 sports cars. Lucy is a secretary in a law firm 2 floors down from Mike's company. She is 30, pretty, funy and really hard working, she is also studying part time to complete her law degree and supports her mom and younger brother.

It was a mid May in Cape Town CBD the weather was changing and rain started pouring,Mike was on his way to meet a client to close another deal and Lucy was waiting for her brother to pick he up in the buildings foyer, her brother pulled up and Lucy walked out of building, as the revolving doors closed in on her she walked right into Mike, she was breathtaken and becouse she was not concentrating on whatshe was doingh her coat got stuck in the door. Mike was just as blown away by her, that golden locks and sun kissed skin with her perfectly moisturised pink lips.

And this is how two people walked out of a building and straight into a story...a love story
